Payments are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. You enter your card details directly on Stripe's secure page. DENU never sees or stores your card information.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed via Stripe. Additional local payment methods may be available depending on your region.

For monthly plans, you are billed on the same date each month starting from your subscription date. For annual plans, the full year is charged upfront at the time of subscription.

Yes. Stripe automatically emails a receipt to your address after every charge. You can also download all past invoices at any time from your account's billing settings.

Yes. You can cancel any subscription from your account settings at any time. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees.

If you remove an extra location or downgrade a Pro plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for the remaining days in a period.

All subscriptions are per location. Your first location is always free. Each additional location is €9/month (or €7.50/month billed annually). Upgrading to Pro is €18/month per location (or €15/month billed annually).

Absolutely. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security certification. Your card details are never transmitted to or stored on DENU's servers.
